I’ve been keen on trying dark chocolate and saw many reviews stating this is the best bar to start on, and let me tell you that they are indeed correct. It taste bitter as you may expect, but not over bitter. I was slightly apprehensive as to wether i should start with 70% or 85% but thankfully i chose 70%. I have just placed a order for 85% and i feel confident in moving up the ladder until i eventually take on the 99%.

All bars arrived without damage. The taste is pretty good for 85% but it is not what I would call nice chocolate. I got it to have less sugar spikes but still have some chocolate. I can't see this working as I only ate one chunk and couldn't stomach any more, yet I stil wanted 'normal' chocolate. It tastes so different that it isn't really a substitute. It is it's own thing. If you are a dark chocolate fan then this is a nicer bar than some of the store brands. I think green and blacks is better in terms of taste but again within the realm of 'I don't like dark chocolate much'. The sugar levels are still quite high, so it isn't much of a healthier choice in that respect. It does have other nutrients that milk chocolate bars lack.

Per chi ama il cioccolato fondente (quello veramente fondente). Si scioglie in bocca senza lasciare alcun retrogusto se non quello del cacao. In fondo Lindt è una garanzia. Faccio un uso giornaliero di cioccolato fondente 85% / 90% e dopo averne provati parecchi posso garantirvi che è probabilmente il migliore. Con il prezzo di Amazon poi... Ve lo consiglio
